The Doctoreyes brand is a brand of a variety of rapid test products.It owns a GMP-approved factory to provide production and has been recognized by ISO9001: 2000, ISO13485: 2003 and CE0123.It can provide a quality production environment and provide better quality.All raw materials are imported directly from the USA to ensure that any details can give customers or users full confidence.
In 2019, We are arleady sould out 500,000 HIV Test Kit with difference channel.
And We set up a new company to handle the retail business of Doctoreyes.

- Items sold are non-refundable.

- If in case of any dispute, Chi Shing Biotect (Doctoreyes) Company Limited and health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
Delivery
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon the transaction amount of Doctoreyes products of HK$500. For spending less than HKD$500, HKD$50 delivery fee will be charged.
- Chi Shing Biotect (Doctoreyes) Company Limited will arrange the shipment within 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, epidemic, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
Exchange Policy
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact Chi Shing Biotech(Doctoreyes) Company Limited via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
