Grateful Life Experience Centre provides a holistic and child-centred paediatric services for children with diverse learning needs. Our team is fully committed to the holistic care and the provision of quality learning experiences for children and families.

We believe that occupational therapy benefits children development. A variety of therapies and activities are provided to promote independence in children. Our professional team values learning by doing that children will be working on individual skills such as gross and fine motor movement, drawing, self-care tasks and social skills through different activities.

We understand that parenthood is full of joy and challenges, it could be unsettling at times. Our team also provides supports for families to explore and understand various approach that promote independence in children.

Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:

• After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the assessment centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days.
• Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
• The assessment service is only valid for two months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
• No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
• Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
• All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
• The child development assessment service does not include individual or group follow-up treatment services.
• No priority services for child that wishes to continue for treatment services.
• Each child can only enjoy the promotion price of assessment service once.
• In case of disputes, Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre and health.ESDlife reserve the right of the final decision.
