After the customer completed payment from health.ESDlife, customers can call for an appointment to center 1 business days after (Call: 2156 5877 / Whatsapp: 6743 0862 - Business Hour)
The e-report will be sent by email in 14 business days after the service.(Report will be delay when rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory)
Starting from Sep 1, 2021, customer MUST redeem the service within 3 months once the payment is confirmed. Invalid exceeds the period.
Injection will be done by registered nurse.
The above items are only applicable to 1 person and can only be used once (exclude 2 person plan). They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into other products and services.
The customer must show a valid supporting document for registration before enjoying the service.
