Essence of Chicken, Black Garlic with Clams
- It is recommended to eat on an empty stomach in the morning or before meals for the best adsorption effect.
- Adults: 1 packet/day.
Mama Nursing Tea
- It recommended to drink it 30 minutes before breastfeeding for better results. The concentration can be adjusted according to personal needs. No more than 5 packets per day.
Black Soybean Eucommia Tea
- 2 times a day, 1 packet each time.
