Directions

Children aged 6 to 12: Take 1-2 sachets daily up to 30 days.
Over 12 years of age: Take 2 sachets 2 times daily for first 5 days; from 6-10 days, take 2 sachets daily. Suitable for long term use, as 1-2 sachets daily.
Or as recommended by your physician or pharmacists.
Dissolve 1 sachet in 100-200 ml of cold water or juice and stir.
