Report Interpretation and Conclusive Advice By Doctor

In addition to evaluation of a series of more common health indicators, including heart, liver, kidney, lung function, and three high indicators, this program also focuses on abdominal ultrasound, upper abdominal ultrasound, hormone and evaluation of 5 major cancer indicators, as well as 2 STD evaluations.

*The whole process requires fasting blood glucose must begin at 9:00am. (customer need 8-hours fasting before the checking, only very small amount of water can be accepted)

It only takes 5 hours for examination and getting a report explained by doctor and the health consultation by nutritionist. After completing the checking, each examinee will receive a nutritious meal for free, which can be enjoyed in the rest area of the center.

Important Information on MJ HEALTH SCREENING

3 days before health checking:

Maintain a normal diet
Refrain from consuming any kind of alcohol

1-2 days before health checking:

Take stool samples immediately after defection and write down your name and date of examination on the tube. Afterward, please store the sampler in a dark and cool place.

8 hours before health checking:

Refrain from consuming any food or beverage (including tea and water)
Fill in all the questions on MJ Health Questionnaire

During the day of health checking:

Please wear glasses instead of contact lens
Please do not bring any valuables and wear any jewellery or underwear with buttons or metal parts
Please do not bring along any child and follow the regulation of “non-examiness should not enter the examination area”
Please bring Faecal Occult Blood test-Tube Apparatus
Please bring any form of identity documents with you(e.g. Identity Card, Driving License, or Birth Certificate for Children)
For clients suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, heart diseases, asthma and/or others. Please bring along your prescribed medicine
Please arrive at the center before 9:00am

Special Noted for Female Clients:

Female clients that are/or possibly pregnant, please make sure to inform center’s staff
Female clients who are menstruating (experiencing period or 5 days after the end of period), should refrain from faecal and urine samples, and avoid receiving the Ovarian umor Marker Test and Pap’s Smear Test

MJ Life Health Screening Centre Terms and Conditions:

The confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after successful payment. Customers will be informed within 1-2 working days. Customers also can query your transaction in the next working days. General Enquiry Hotline: 2200 2702.
After the booking confirmation, MJ Life Health Screening Centre will send a health check kit (including health questionnaire, information before the checking, and stool collection tube) to the customer's contact address. On the booking date, the client have to submit the filled questionnaire and stool sample.
Customers must present their identity cards on the appointment day.
If the health check plan includes fasting blood glucose, it must be scheduled to start at 9:00am.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
All physical examination is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
The above medical checkup services is provided by MJ Life Health Screening Centre.
In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Hong Kong Health Check & Medical Diagnostic Centre should be final.

Age
For customers aged 18 or above

Validity
All Health Checkup Packages valid for 6 months. The customer must accept the relevant inspection within 6 months from the date of confirmation of the payment. The customer must also make the appointment one week in advance, and the time limit will be revoked.

Report
In general, all medical reports will be ready after 5 hours of completion of check-up. The workday does not include Sundays and public holidays. The waiting time for report explanation may vary depending on the situation (such as the time required for individual laboratory tests or the specified time period requested by customers).
