- Self pick-up location: Hong Kong Red Cross Shop, 5/F, Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters, 19 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon, Hong Kong. (Service Hours: 2:00pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Tuesday; 10:00am to 6:30pm, Wednesday to Friday; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays closed)
- Local freight collect service cost to be handled by customer. It will vary depending on delivery location
- Delivery will be arranged by the Hong Kong Red Cross ("HKRC")
- Delivery will be arranged in 7 to 14 working days upon receiving the payment
- The product can be exchanged within 14 days (Office Hours) at the HKRC Headquarters owing to product damage
- The product is a charity sale product of the HKRC. Refund policy is not available
