Complete the analysis within 21-28 working days.

The whole process is non-invasive, simple and quick, only about 2 minutes of sampling time. Sample is collected by scraping the inner side of cheeks with cotton swap with absolutely no discomfort to child.

[DNA+] @ Talent test is a genetic testing examination and assessing certain innate abilities of child. By examining genes that associated with one’s innate abilities, parents are able to understand the potentials and advantages of their child as early as possible. This will allow parents to raise them with the right values, attitudes, responsibility, empathy, etc., by cultivating your child physical and mental development comprehensively and ultimately strengthen the communication and relationship between parents and their child.

The test is for reference only, and is not suitable for diagnostic and/or treatment use.

After successful payment, the Customer receives confirmation email from health.ESDlife, ApexHealth will call the customer to schedule the appointment within 1-2 working days. In the meantime, customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter on the appointment day.
The health check package is valid for two months( from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.
Under normal circumstances, reports will be ready around 2 weeks. Alex2 IgE Allergy Test's report will be ready within 4 workings days. (For report time of Designated sexual health plans and CTC Cancer Screening Test, please refer to product pages correspondingly)
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed.
In case of dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and ApexHealth shall be final and binding.
