The Smartech does not provide on-site service, customer is responsible for the transportation of the product to and from our Service Centre for repair.

Guarantee service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required:

Cleansing, repair or replacement of accessories (including remote control unit, filter, adaptor, battery, power cord, power plug, accessories, non-durable parts and housing enclosure and etc.).
The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of the Smartech.
The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, power interruption, natural calamities or accident or external factors.
Removal and reinstatement of any decorations or facilities hindering the service work of the product.
No on-site service will be provided.
The normal operation of the product is affected by improper installation of the product set.
If the product used for industrial or commercial purpose.
