Direct delivery from Japan, this Hokkaido pumpkin in rich sweet flavor has a variety of ways to eat!

After the harvest, the pumpkins will be placed in a large warehouse equipped with fans and air-dried in one iron cage.

Because the pumpkin is not completely dried after being harvested from the field, it is easily deteriorated during storage. It must be placed in a ventilated place to allow moisture to slowly evaporate, in order to be shipped in the best status.

The Japanese farmer said: "The first week after the harvest of pumpkins is the most important. It should be placed in an environment of 10 °C and 40% humidity for at least 10 days, or even half a month to two months. Until they are dry enough"
