How to make raw materials

Pickled cabbage fish seasoning 1 bag

1 carp or grass carp (1.5-2kg)

  1. Add 1000g fish fillets to the kipper bag (10g), mix well with an appropriate amount of cooking wine, marinate for 10 minutes, set aside
  2. Add 1500ml boiling water to the pot, add seasoning packet (100g) and sauerkraut packet (223g), boil again
  3. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 3-5 minutes
