Delivery Terms:

  1. To purchase HUNTER products, you can choose local delivery service or pick up at the HUNTER Mong Kok self-pickup point: No. 318-320, 3/F, Mong Kok Computer Center, 1:00 pm. - 8:00 pm.

  2. We will arrange the shipment within 3-4 working days after the order is confirmed. 

  3. Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
  4. All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, ESD Services Ltd. has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.

 

Self-Pick up:

  1. Please contact HUNTER to make an appointment within 2 day after purchase
  2. Redemption date: within 30 days of purchase
  3. Redemption time: (Monday to Sunday and public holidays) 1:00 pm-8:00 pm

  8. If the customer does not pick-up or failed to deliver the goods more than 60 days after payment, the goods will be treated as abandonment. Parrot will not accept any recovery and compensation or refund of the goods

 

Exchange Policy:

  1. Customers are responsible for checking the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
  2. Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact HUNTER Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
