Terms & Conditions
Delivery
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction of HK$500. For spending less than HKD$500, HKD$80 delivery fee will be charged.
- Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung will be charged an additional postage fee of $200 and will be collected by the delivery staff.
- Freshway will arrange the shipment within 2 - 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Delivery services will not be provided for PO box address, outlying islands, restricted areas, trucks that cannot be reached directly or locations without elevator
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Freshway will contact the affected customer for rescheduling of delivery.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
