Terms & Conditions
Water pipe cleaning service:
- After order placed and confirmed, Bear tube will contact the customer to confirm the appointment details within 1 to 2 working days. Customers can also contract Bear tube to make the appointment.
- If the technician inspects that the customer's water pipe is not suitable for the cleaning water pipe service, the order will be canceled and a refund will be arranged accordingly.
Service area and time:
- Delivery Service is only restricted to Hong Kong
- For address in Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, restricted areas, trucks that cannot be reached directly or locations without elevator, please contact Bear Tube by 51925153 before purchase.
- Service may be canceled or delayed due to weather, traffic, district or other factors and will be soon re-arranged by Bear Tube.
