Delivery area:
- Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong area (excluding outlying islands, border restricted areas, and receiving locations without elevator equipment).
- Post office box addresses are not accepted.
Delivery cost:
- Free shipping for orders over HK$500 from Fachioo (Hong Kong ) Limited Delivery by SF Express to your door (business or residential address is acceptable, and can also be delivered to designated SF sites or smart cabinets)
- If the order amount is less than HK$500, customers need to pay HK$50 for shipping.
Delivery Time:
- The goods will be sent within 7 working days after the order is confirmed and paid.
- The delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.
- If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one signs for it, the product department of Fachioo (Hong Kong ) Limited can arrange the delivery service again, but the customer must pay the cost of re-delivery by collect.

- Product warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong.
