ProCardio Gardasil 9 HPV Vaccine (3 Doses)

Gardasil 9 HPV Vaccine (3 Doses) at 0, 2 and 6 months.

• Doctor consultation to assess the clinical appropriateness before each vaccination.

*This vaccine plan must be assessed by doctor. If a patient is considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon doctor’s consultation, HKD300 will be charged for Dr Consultation. The remaining amount shall be returned. Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the customer has received the first dose of vaccine, and is not transferable and refundable.  health.ESDlife and Pro Cardio Centre have sole discretion to make the final decision.

• 1st shot: Today
  2nd shot: 2 months after the first shot
  3rd shot: 6 months after the first shot and should be completed within a year

• Injected by professional nurse
• A quadrivalent vaccine (GARDASIL®) – protects against 80-90% of cervial, vulvar, vaginal and anal cancers caused by HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58, as well as HPV 6 and 11 that are responsible for anogenital warts.

Who should not be vaccinated?

• Severe allergic reaction to a previous vaccine dose or vaccine component; Pregnancy; Acute severe febrile illness

• Pro-Cardio will contact the customer within 2 working days for the booking details after successful payment（Tel: 2779 8388）.
• Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter on the appointment day.
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
• All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Should there be any disputes arise, ESD Services Limited & Pro-Cardio reserves the right of final decision

Validity:

• The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.

Report:

• In general, the medical examination report would be ready in 7 to 10 working days. Pro-Cardio will inform customers and make an appointment for the report explanation.

HPV Vaccine Terms and Conditions:

• Pro-Cardio will contact customers for vaccination booking within 2 working days after they have received payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife. 
• Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter upon registration
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
• This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of vaccine injection. If a patient is considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon doctor’s consultation, HKD300 will be charged for Dr Consultation. The remaining amount shall be returned. Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the customer has received the first dose of vaccine, and is not transferable and refundable.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Pro-Cardio should be final.
