From fishing, offshore, processing to slow fire refining into milkfish essence, the whole process is lower than -18 degrees Celsius in logistics distribution and storage, maintaining the best freshness! The factor has ISO and food safety HACCP certification.
- During the process, every drop of milkfish essence is extracted without adding any water, and the fat has been filtered in order to achieve zero fat and zero cholesterol, then passed through Japan Original imported automatic filling and packaging, packaging materials without plasticizers and heavy metal laminated bags.
- After filling, it is sterilized at high temperature and can be stored at room temperature to ensure that it does not contain preservatives. Delivery Terms:
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of Royal Essence products of HK$300. For spending less than HKD$300, HKD$30 delivery fee will be charged.
- We will arrange the shipment within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, ESD Services Ltd. has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
Warranty:
- The quality assurance for products should have at least 9 months validity from the date of receipt by the customer.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
