How to use:
It is recommended to eat on an empty stomach in the morning or before meals for the best absorption effect.
Adults once a day, one sachet each time. Children can take one pack a day.
Heating method:
A. Water-proof heating: Put the whole package in water and heat for about 3 minutes.
B. Water-proof soaking: Put the whole package into hot boiling water to heat through (about 2-3 times of water change).
C. Electric pot heating: Put the whole package in a porcelain bowl and put half a bowl of water in the electric pot to jump up.
