送貨服務：

  • 不同送貨地區設特定送貨時間，由商戶安排，但客人可任選星期一至六 (赤柱,淺水灣,深水灣,大潭及西貢只安排星期二,四六送貨。)
  • 不送貨至離島,禁區及指定地區(包括半山馬己仙硤道, 柯士甸山道, 沙田觀音花園)
  • 額外附加費：如送貨地點需上樓梯（包括住宅外樓梯）
      • 每層（由地面往上多於4級，至14級作一層計算）將收取附加費：$60/層
      • 指定產品樓梯費用:
        • 300公升以上雪櫃 $100/層
        • 2匹冷氣機以上 $100/層
    • 如送貨地點需入村屋而車輛無法直達（需徒步入村）將收取額外附加費(現場報價)

 

送貨安排：

  • 商品會於訂單確認付款後 3-6 個工作天內送出，送貨時間為星期一至六(公眾假期除外)，上午 9:30 時至下午 6 時。在正常情況下, 訂單一經確認, 便不接受更改送貨地址。
  • 送貨服務有可能因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期，送貨時間將會另作安排。
  • 如商品已到達收貨地址而沒有人簽收或因客戶問題引致貨品未能送達收貨地點或客戶要求取消訂單或客戶拒收貨品或需改期送貨，客戶仍需承擔該次送貨之費用。再次安排送貨服務，顧客必須再支付實際運費及特別地區附加費用或到指定地點自行提取。
  • 產品不設同日送貨安裝服務，如客戶需代約安裝服務，請另行預約。

退貨安排：

  • 除更換保障情況外，所有已出售的貨品均不可退款。產品有價格波動性，售價以出單當刻為準，及後若有價格調整或促銷恕不能退回差價。
  • 已使用或因您個人原因而造成任何損壞的商品均不能退換。
  • 只限更換相同型號之產品，一張訂單只可進行一次退貨。

    • 自攜產品（出示有效發票，收據）到官方維修部檢查及領取檢查報告，證實貨品品質不符合生產標準, 並無人為損壞
    • 收到維修部檢查報告後,將檢查報告連同訂單號碼遞交去Best Life Home CS, 商戶會透過Best Life Home CS進行回收或換貨
    • **更換產品須知必須：
      • 必須出示有效發票，收據
      • 更換之貨品必須連同完整包裝、配件、說明書及未填寫之保用証一併退回。
      • 更換之貨品必須沒有損壞、損毀及曾經濕水之現象。
      • 已於網上登記保用或曾被維修之產品不可更換。
      • 當7天更換產品保障過後而產品在廠方保用期內，顧客亦可享有由代理商所提供之保用，更可自行把產品交回生產商/代理商維修。
