Testing Flow:
- When eNano received the, eNano will ship the product to address that customer provided.
- When customer finished 7 P4 tests, they should mail the samples with the Pre-vaccine test information sheet to eNano. eNano will process the samples once we receive the samples and return the report to them via email / Whatsapp.

Instruction:
- Please follow the instructions below to take taken the P4 tests before injection on the day of your dose and the following 6 days after vaccination, total 7 sets of P4 test.
- (Optional) - If you do not have your own MRN number, please go to the Google Play Store or Apple Store to download our eNano APP to create an account. An MRN number will be created in the process. The test results will be delivered and stored under that account.
- When finished with performing the 7 tests, please courier / mail the test specimens and Filled Information Sheet to our address on the provided bigger envelope.
- Please advise us of the dispatch information via info@enanohealth.com. Please include your
- i) Full Name, ii) Member Number and iii) Specimen Number of either of the samples (printed on the QR code labels on the small envelopes) in the email.

Terms of purchase
- Customers will receive a confirmation email from ESDlife after successful payment. Refund is not acceptable once the payment is confirmed.
- If the products are found damaged, customers can return or exchange the products within 7 days from the receive day. Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

- Delivery is available for “Hong Kong”, “Kowloon” and “New Territories”, excluding the Outlying Islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan.

If customers would like to receive the product within 3 working days after the order is confirmed, please pick up the parcel at the S.F. Store Locations or S.F. Express Service Centers Locations. Please find the list of S.F. address here.
Customers must fill in the S.F. address in the customer information, and remark (SF) in the end of address. Otherwise, the parcel cannot be shipped properly to the designated address.
