Add 1 sachet of Biolax into half a glass of water and stir to dissolve. Top up the glass with water and stir well. Drink plenty of water when using this product. Do not use if you are experiencing abdominal distress. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Use by children under 12 years is not recommended.
