Delivery Terms:

• Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of products of HK$400. For spending less than HKD$400, HKD$40 delivery fee will be charged.
• We will arrange the shipment within 5 working days after the order is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday except Public Holiday.
• Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, border closed areas, and delivery locations without elevator equipment). Post office box addresses are not accepted. The recipient address must be signed by someone and cannot be placed at the entrance or lobby of the unit.
• If the goods have arrived at the receiving address and no one has signed for them, Hopsford Industries Ltd. can arrange the delivery service again, but the customer must pay the actual freight.
• Regardless of the amount of purchase, all orders sent to special/remote areas (without direct car access) may require additional charges and will be collected by the delivery person.
• Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address is not allowed to change.
• Delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, area or other factors, delivery time will be arranged separately. If due to force majeure reasons (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any uncontrollable circumstances), neither Hopsford Industries Limited nor health.ESDlife would take responsibility or compensation for failing to provide the goods or services you need
• All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.

• Sinocare blood glucose meter enjoys 2 years of warranty.
• Truly forehead thermometer products enjoy 1 year warranty.
• Except for the above branded products, other products do not enjoy any maintenance.
• Those who fail to show the original purchase invoice will not receive any maintenance service.

Exchange Policy:

• All goods sold are non-refundable. The product has price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the moment the order is issued.If there is a price adjustment or promotion afterwards, the difference will not be refunded.
• Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.

• Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
