- 如測試結果顯示免疫系統已被激活，此時接種疫苗將會增加免疫系統的負擔，測試者可以考慮推遲疫苗接種，直至免疫系統回復至正常水平後再安排接種；
- 容易使用的唾液測試，無需抽取血液，隨時隨地均可進行測試，兩分鐘內即可完成，三個工作天內便可收到報告。

檢測流程：
- 當收到客人的訂單後，eNano會將產品送到客人填寫的指定地點。
- 當客人完成 2 次P4測試後，他們應將所有樣品連同接種疫苗前信息表以快遞形式送給eNano。eNano將在收到樣品本後盡快處理樣品，並通過電子郵件/Whatsapp 將檢測報告發送給客人。

P4測試使用說明：
使用者指南：
- 請參閱下面的使用者指南，在計劃接種疫苗前的三至四天(連續兩天)進行P4測試。
- (可選擇性進行)請到 Google Play 商店或 Apple Store 下載我們的 eNano 應用程式以建立一個個人帳戶。在此過程中將會獲得一個MRN號碼。測試結果將會傳送並儲存到該帳戶中。
- 完成兩個測試後，請將2個測試樣本和已填寫的信息表格以快遞的形式送到大信封上提供的地址。 樣本應在預計接種疫苗前的 2個工作天送到我們的辦公室，以確保使用者在疫苗接種前可收到報告。
- 請透過電郵到 info@enanohealth.com 來通知我們快遞郵件的信息，並在電子郵件中寫上您的：i) 姓名全寫，ii) 會員號碼(如有)，iii) 預計第一/二劑接種日期， iv) 其中一個樣本號碼(列印在小信封上的QR代碼標籤上)。

Terms of purchase
- Customers will receive a confirmation email from ESDlife after successful payment. Refund is not acceptable once the payment is confirmed.
- If the products are found damaged, customers can return or exchange the products within 7 days from the receive day. Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Delivery service
- FREE shipping is offered for this product.
- Delivery is available for “Hong Kong”, “Kowloon” and “New Territories”, excluding the Outlying Islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan.

Products will be shipped to the designated address within 5 – 7 business days after the order is confirmed.

Option 2 (by S.F. Express)
If customers would like to receive the product within 3 working days after the order is confirmed, please pick up the parcel at the S.F. Store Locations or S.F. Express Service Centers Locations. Please find the list of S.F. address here.
Customers must fill in the S.F. address in the customer information, and remark (SF) in the end of address. Otherwise, the parcel cannot be shipped properly to the designated address. Once the product is sent out, customers will receive a SMS from S.F. Express about the pick-up time and venue. If you have any questions, please feel free to call ESDlife enquiry hotline 3151 2288.
Inventory
ESDlife and the supplier will strive to provide sufficient inventory supply. If the inventory is sold out, ESDlife will contact the customers for further arrangement.
