We can eliminate the common pest control problems of mosquito (midge), flies, cockroaches, ants, mites etc. But at the same time we put effort into reduce waste and help balancing the eco system.

Precautions
- This service covers cockroaches, ants, mites, silverfish, mosquitos and flies etc., but not rodents, termites and bed bugs
- The concrete schedule of pest control will be determined by the actual circumstance and environment of the pest problem
- Space under 400 sq ft will be charged as a 400 sq ft space too

服務條款：
- 偏遠地區服務，包括東涌、離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋，須另收$500交通費。
- 於網店預約「莊臣集團」之服務，我們的客戶服務團隊將於付款後2個工作天內聯絡客戶確認詳細服務時間及安排。如客戶要求更改服務日期及時間，須於原定預約日期前最少2個工作天向 Johnson Group GreenSTORE提出。
- 當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，服務將會延期或取消。
送貨條款：
- 以下地區購買Johnson Group GreenSTORE產品滿指定金額，即可享用免費送貨服務乙次*#

東涌：HK$1,000或以上
離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋：HK$2,000或以上 -
*免費送貨優惠以折扣後價格為準, 若消費未滿指定金額, 送貨服務額外運費如下：

離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋：HK$500#本公司亦可委託其他速遞公司（如順豐速運）進行配送到付服務，以確保貨物能盡快送到客戶手上。
- 我們將於確定訂單後7 至14個工作天內安排發貨。
- 不排除運送時間會因節日而有所影響。當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務時間將會延遲。
- 所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若生活易未能提供任何訂單上的貨品，生活易有權拒絕接受該訂單，並且會於送貨前透過電話或電郵通知顧客再作安排。
退換條款：
- 當顧客收取已訂購之貨品時，有責任檢查貨品是否有損毀情況，一經確認簽收，恕不接受退換。
- 退換產品必須包裝完整，如退換之產品有任何殘缺或過期退回，供應商有權不受理。
- 如有其他損壞或遺漏查詢，顧客必須保留有效收據正本，並於送貨後3個工作天內按下列方式聯絡Johnson Group GreenSTORE 客戶服務部跟進。
