- The promotional period is from September 22, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
- The referee must be a new registered member who has never made any purchase on health.ESDlife.
- A successful referral is defined as a referee purchasing a health check plan valued at HKD 2,500 or more in a single order and entering a valid referral code at the time of purchase. The referee can enjoy a referral reward of $100 voucher.
- Upon a successful referral, the referrer will receive ParknShop electronic cash vouchers as a referral reward. Referrers will be rewarded with ParknShop coupons based on the number of successful referral: HK$200 for the 1st, HK$250 for the 2nd, HK$300 for the 3rd, HK$350 for the 4th, and HK$400 for each 5th or subsequent referral (no reward limit).
- The tiered reward structure applies exclusively to successful referrals completed within the Promotion Period. Any referral records prior to September 22, 2026 will not be counted, and all referral tallies will reset from September 22, 2026.
- Both the referrer and the referee will receive an email within 14 days with details on how to redeem the ParknShop eVouchers.
- If customers use the 100% Confidence Guarantee and apply for or make any refund, both the referrer and the referee will not be able to enjoy the referral reward of ParknShop coupons. If the relevant ParknShop eVouchers have been received before the refund application,
- The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person. If found, the award qualification will be cancelled.
