- The promotional period is from November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
- The referee must be a new registered member who has never made any purchase on health.ESDlife.
- A successful referral is defined as a referee purchasing a health check plan valued at HKD 2,500 or more in a single order and entering a valid referral code at the time of purchase.
- Upon a successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will receive ParknShop electronic cash vouchers as a referral reward. Referrers will be rewarded with ParknShop coupons based on the number of successful referral. 1st to 2nd successful referral can enjoy a referral reward of $200 voucher each. 3rd to 5th successful referral can enjoy a referral reward of $250 voucher each. 6th or more successful referrals can enjoy a referral reward of $300 voucher each; the referee can enjoy a referral reward of $100 voucher.
- Both the referrer and the referee will receive an email within 14 days with details on how to redeem the ParknShop eVouchers.
- If customers use the 100% Confidence Guarantee and apply for or make any refund, both the referrer and the referee will not be able to enjoy the referral reward of ParknShop coupons. If the relevant ParknShop eVouchers have been received before the refund application, health.ESDlife reserves the right to charge the customer for the redeemed ParknShop eVouchers or equivalent value.
- The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person. If found, the award qualification will be cancelled.
