Human Health Hepatitis A and B Vaccine (Single dose)

The Hepatitis A and B mixed vaccine is effective in preventing hepatitis A and B at the same time.

Although Hepatitis A does not cause chronic liver disease and is rarely fatal, there is a chance of serious complications such as fulminant hepatitis (acute liver failure) that can cause high mortality.
Hepatitis B vaccine can prevent hepatitis B and its complications effectively , such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.

A valid Hepatitis A/B screening report is needed before Hepatitis A and B vaccine injection.

Suitable for

• People who never receives Hepatitis A/B Vaccine or vaccinated person with inadequate antibodies diagnosed by health professionals
• People who have never been infected by Hepatitis B virus
• Hepatitis A and B vaccine is administered in three injections at 0, 1, and 6 months.

Not applicable to

• Customer must provide a valid Hepatitis A and B screening report (Conducted within 3 months) to the medical center to determine the appropriateness of taking the 1st dose vaccine. For those who fail to provide a valid report will have to pay extra blood testing fee.
• Not applicable to people who has been infected by Hepatitis B virus.

* If it is considered as inapproriate to get vaccinated, HKD300 will be charged for Dr Consultation. The remaining amount shall be returned. health.ESDlife and Human Health have sole discretion to make the final decision.
