Terms & Conditions

Blood Sample Collection Arrangement

  • Please make an appointment before blood sample collection
  • There is no blood collection service on Sunday and public holidays
  • For customers under the age of 18, parents or guardians must be present
  • 22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited staff will have body temperature when they enter the workplace, and use disposable blood drawing equipment and disinfect hands with alcohol hand to make guests feel at ease
  • 22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited reserves the right to determine whether it can provide blood collection service based on the situation of the customer


Buccal Swabs Collection

  • If the buccal swabs packaging in the sampling kit is found to be damaged or the expiry date has passed, please do not use it
  • Begin sample collection by rinsing your mouth with water. Please keep your mouth clean and moist
  • Each buccal swab can only be used once and cannot be reused
  • After collecting the sample, please send it back to 22PLUS laboratory within 3 days, expired samples may affect the test results, 22PLUS laboratory will not process expired samples
  • Stored at room temperature until delivered to 22PLUS laboratory
  • People aged 18 or below should use the buccal swab with parent or guardian

Appointment Process

  • After confirming that the payment has been completed. Clients will be informed within 1-2 working days to arrange an appointment.
  • The customer service staff of 22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited will go through the procedure with clients


Health check terms:

  • After successful payment, the confirmation email will be sent to client’s email address by health.ESDlife. 22PLUS customer service will call the clients to make an appointment within 1-2 working days. Clients can also call for enquiries (Tel: 2697 1115)
  • After purchasing the plan, an official receipt issued by health.ESDlife can be arranged and sent within 7-14 working days. Customers can request a receipt at the time of purchase, or contact the customer service representative via the following methods: email (support@esdlife.com) or phone (3151 2288)
  • The testing plan is suitable for people of all ages
  • Guidelines for the clients under 18: must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and sign a consent form on site. After verified the identification, relevant testing services can be procced
  • The test service plan is valid for 3 months, and the customer must complete the test within 3 months (from the date of payment confirmation), and it will be invalid after the deadline.



  • Client can get one FREE the telephone counseling. Otherwise, if client require face-to-face explanations, would be charged an additional fee of $1250
  • If the client does not retrieve the report within 3 months after the test, all reports will be destroyed and will not be stored. Please note an administration fee will be charged $100 for additional copies (within 3 months after the test)
  • Clients shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service
  • All tests are not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes


  • Sensitivity-PRO IgG Food Sensitivity Test & Allergy-PRO Test Plan – reporting result in 5 working days
  • Other Tests – reporting result in 15-18 working days
