Terms & Conditions
- All pets must present a valid vaccination card upon check-in.
- Customers must ensure their pets are in good health at the time of check-in. Pets with contagious diseases or aggressive behavior will not be accepted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet.
- A deposit of at least 50% of the boarding fee must be paid when making a reservation. If the deposit is not received prior to check-in, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. By transferring the deposit, customers agree to and acknowledge the boarding terms and conditions.
- Boarding fees must be fully paid on the day of check-in. In the event of an early cancellation, the remaining boarding fees will not be refunded.
- The service fee includes a designated room, basic daily care, room cleaning, approximately one hour of independent playtime per day, and meals provided by the hotel. Owners may, if needed, provide their pet’s daily necessities, such as food, bowls, water bottles, or litter boxes. The boarding fee does not cover additional services, such as non-standard meals, grooming, veterinary treatment, medical care, or transportation.
It is recommended that owners bring their own pet food to avoid any digestive issues caused by abrupt diet changes. - Standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (negotiable), and check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For early check-in or late check-out, please notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Arrangements will be subject to room availability.
- If a pet is picked up later than the scheduled check-out time, additional room charges will apply without prior notice.
- Changes to the check-in date must be communicated at least 7 business days in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to room availability.
- If a pet fails to check in on the reserved date or checks out earlier than scheduled, the hotel will not refund any boarding deposit or fees.
- Deposits are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed. Customers may reschedule their booking once free of charge.
- If a pet becomes unwell during its stay, the hotel will contact the owner or the emergency contact provided as soon as possible to arrange veterinary care. If the hotel is unable to reach the owner or emergency contact for any reason, it will not be held legally responsible.
- With the owner’s consent, hotel staff may escort the pet to the designated veterinary clinic for treatment, depending on store conditions. Transportation, medical, and related costs must be fully reimbursed upon the completion of the boarding period. The hotel will not be held liable for any deterioration or death of the pet during transportation or treatment.
- While hotel staff will provide diligent care to ensure the safety of all pets, all risks during the boarding period are borne by the owner. The hotel will not be held responsible for injuries, loss, pregnancy, or death of the pet caused by any factor.
- If a pet is not picked up within 7 days of the end of its boarding period and no further arrangements or notifications are made, the hotel reserves the right to arrange the pet’s disposition without further notice or liability. The customer will also be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such arrangements.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify, replace, delete, or implement new terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
