Remarks:
- Check-in/Check-out arrangements: Flexible check-in/check-out between 10:00-13:00 or 20:00-23:00. Meow Me Diary will make an appointment with customer on the check-in and pick-up time one to two days before the stay.
- Please allow about half an hour to arrange your cat's check-in.
- Due to the limited number of rooms, it is not guaranteed to reserve a designated room. If you wish to reserve a designated room for your cat, please contact the staff prior the stay.
Preparation before check-in:
- Please apply anti-fleas drops on cats within one month before check-in to protect the health of all cats (Customer must take a video to prove that this prevention has been completed and send the video to our store for record. The video must include the date of filming, such as News station or phone lock screen date)
- Please bring the following items with you:
1. The original copy of the cat's valid vaccination card for 3-in-1 FVRCP (According to Government Regulations)
2. Food (to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort in cats due to sudden change of food)
3. Beds, toys that cats usually use, clothes or towels that smell of cats and their owners, etc.
*Our store provides tofu sand and eating bowls for free. Customers can also bring their own eating bowls and electric water dispensers (if customers bring their own fragile eating bowls and other utensils, please note that we are not responsible for the consequences of any damage)
Room CCTV:
Meow Me Diary will take photos/videos every day to report the cats' condition to the cat owners. CCTV is an additional charging item, customers can decide whether they need this item after booking.
