We only produce Pure, high-quality NMN with innovative manufacturing process, as well as all the safety measures that are in place to ensure that the NMN is pharmaceutical grade. Most of the NMN products in the market are produced with chemical synthesis method in which the high level of purity is not possible to achieve. 99.5% Purity can only be performed by biological enzyme method. We only use biological enzyme method to produce our NMN, so our customers can get the best quality products in the market.
What is GMP?
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product.
GMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, premises, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process - every time a product is made.
General Terms:
- Items sold are non-refundable.
- The quality assurance for products should have at least 12 months validity from the date of receipt by the customer.
- The products are supplied by NUNMN.
- If in case of any dispute, NUNMN and Health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
Delivery Terms:
- Free local delivery service will be provided for NUNMN products
- We will arrange the shipment within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact NUNMN Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
