Directions
- Digestive Health Granules: Pour the contents into a cup, add hot water. Stir well.
- Bak Foong Pills: To be taken with lukewarm water, or dissolve the pills into hot water and drink the solution. To be taken before meals.
- Recommended Dosage
- To promote youthfulness and general well-being: Four sachets twice weekly. It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night.
- To ease menstrual discomforts: Four sachets daily. To be taken three times weekly. It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night.
- For postnatal healthcare: Four sachets daily, taken after labour discharge (normally ten days after childbirth). It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night or stew with chicken (four sachets daily).
- Recommended Dosage
- Pure Chicken Essence: Drink a sachet every morning to stay healthy. This product can be taken directly from the sachet or heated for a better flavour. If you have any concerns on your health condition, especially pregnant women or people with long term illness, please consult your physician before use.
- Reheat Instructions
- On the stove: Place unopened sachet into a pot, add water and heat until boiling.
- Immersion: Place unopened sachet into a bowl of boiling water and soak for 3 minutes.
- Microwave : Empty the contents into a microwave-safe container. Microwave for about 1 minute.

(Produced in a factory where cereals containing gluten, tree nuts and nut products are also handled) - Bak Foong Pills: Radix Astragali, Faeces Trogopterori, Gallus Domesticus, Rhizoma Corydalis Praeparatum, Poria, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Cyperi Praeparatum, Radix Polygalae Praeparata, Rhizoma Chuanxiong Praeparatum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Herba Lycopi, Processed Herba Leonuri, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, etc.

Pure Chicken Essence:
- Open the sachet cautiously as the content may be hot after heating.
