At your 45- 60 mins initial consultation, your dietitian/nutritionist will complete a detailed nutritional health assessment

2) A bioelectrical impedance analysis: weight, height, body fat and muscle mass, BMI and basal metabolic rate
3) With all the required information, we will establish a health goal together
4) We offer personalized dietary advice and lifestyle modification that is attainable and sustainable.
5) Nutrition education: Informative handouts, food products recommendations and nourishing recipes will be provided.
