Full Blood Count
A detailed blood and white blood cell examination will accurately detect the hidden diseases, infections or allergies.
Immunoglobulin
The immunoglobulin needs to be kept within a specific concentration to resist external invasion. If it is too low, it means insufficient immune function. If it is too high, it means there is a potential risk of inflammation or infection. Deviation from the concentration increases the risk of chronic liver disease, subacute or acute infectious disease, autoimmune disease, recurrent respiratory infections, nephrotic syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.
Vitamin D
The body needs calcium to maintain the normal functioning of the heart, muscles and nerves. If there is insufficient vitamin D, the body may fail to attain enough calcium from the diet. Vitamin D plays key roles as a natural immune modulator. Vitamin D has been suggested to benefit in cardiovascular health, cancer prevention, reduction of proteinuria in patients with chronic kidney disease, and fracture prevention.
