  1. 偏遠地區服務，包括東涌、離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋，須另收$500交通費。
  2. 於網店預約「莊臣集團」之服務，我們的客戶服務團隊將於付款後2個工作天內聯絡客戶確認詳細服務時間及安排。如客戶要求更改服務日期及時間，須於原定預約日期前最少2個工作天向 Johnson Group GreenSTORE提出。
  3. 當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，服務將會延期或取消。

送貨條款：

  1. 以下地區購買Johnson Group GreenSTORE產品滿指定金額，即可享用免費送貨服務乙次*#

    香港島、九龍及新界區：HK$500或以上
    東涌：HK$1,000或以上
    離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋：HK$2,000或以上

  2. *免費送貨優惠以折扣後價格為準, 若消費未滿指定金額, 送貨服務額外運費如下：

    香港島、九龍及新界區：HK$100
    東涌：HK$200
    離島、馬灣、愉景灣及村屋：HK$500

    #本公司亦可委託其他速遞公司（如順豐速運）進行配送到付服務，以確保貨物能盡快送到客戶手上。

  3. 我們將於確定訂單後7 至14個工作天內安排發貨。
  4. 不排除運送時間會因節日而有所影響。當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務時間將會延遲。
  5. 所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若生活易未能提供任何訂單上的貨品，生活易有權拒絕接受該訂單，並且會於送貨前透過電話或電郵通知顧客再作安排。

 

退換條款：

  1. 當顧客收取已訂購之貨品時，有責任檢查貨品是否有損毀情況，一經確認簽收，恕不接受退換。
  2. 退換產品必須包裝完整，如退換之產品有任何殘缺或過期退回，供應商有權不受理。
  3. 如有其他損壞或遺漏查詢，顧客必須保留有效收據正本，並於送貨後3個工作天內按下列方式聯絡Johnson Group GreenSTORE 客戶服務部跟進。
