• After successful payment, customers can call designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre for appointment during working hours
• Chinese medicine treatment is applicable at designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre.
• All treatments are valid for 3 months after purchase.
• Prior appointment is required and services are non-transferrable.
• Whole package must be completed in the designated centres and by designated TCM practitioner.
• If a person aged 18 or younger wishes to receive treatment, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to the treatment.
• This treatment does not include Chinese herbal medicine for consumption or additional Chinese herbal medicine, which shall be charged separately.
• This treatment can be used at designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres and prior appointment of at least 2 days in advance by customer after purchase is required.
• The redemption will be valid for 3 months starting from the date of payment.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres and health.ESDlife shall be final.
