Important notes: All Non-touch IR thermometer is now available for pre-order. The product will arrive at the local warehouse in early March 2020. Our staff will contact you for the pick-up / delivery arrangement.

Customer can pre-order Non-touch IR thermometer through our eshop. Pick-up date will be provided to customer in early March. Customer must bring along with the printed confirmation email to pick-up their product(s) in the redemption centre during the desinated period.

Customer can pre-order Non-touch IR thermometer through our eshop. We will arrange the shipment by SF Express when product are restocked. No delivery fee is needed.
* Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
General Terms:
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
- Items sold are non-refundable.
- The products are supplied by b&h (Swiss) Limited.
- If in case of any dispute, b&h (Swiss) Limited and health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
Warranty:
- b&h offer warranty for 12 months commencing on the date of delivery. To obtain warranty service, Customers must complete online Warranty Registration or mail the Warranty Registration form within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
