With the aim of offering high-quality and comprehensive medical services, we established our own vaccine bank, imaging center and medical specialist team.

Over the years, CONTE MEDICAL strictly abides by the hospital-level medical operation system and regularly reviews all medical procedures.

Our one-stop medical services include Vaginal Rejuvenation and Infection Treatment, Comprehensive and Personalized Health Check Plan, Dermatologic Management, Vaccinations for Infants to the Elderly, Genetic Testing.

The confirmation email will be sent to you by emai by health.ESDlife after successful payment. Clients will be informed within 1-2 working days by CONTE MEDICAL.or call for inquiries at 2117 0035.

Age
For customers aged 18 or above

Validity
Health Checkup Package with 6 months validity. Registration must be completed within 6 months, counting from the date of purchase. Reservations are taken one month in advance. Invalid if expires.

Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be provided within 5 to 12 working days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). A delay in processing the reports due to the following reasons: 1. Specific testing period requested by client, 2. Some items take more times to test

2. Explain report by phone call (Digital Report)
3. Explain report by phone call (Self-pickup)

B. Client in the Mainland China
1. Self-pickup at CONTE MEDICAL
2. Send by courier, the freight is paid by client

Remarks:

1. Customers can get one free call or face to face explanation. Otherwise, customers would be charged an additional fee of $200
2. All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $150 for additional copies.
3. Mailing of reports is at the client's own risk.
4. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a referral letter of doctor, will be charged $230 for this service.
