Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY AREA:
- Delivery Service is only restricted to Hong Kong (excluding islands, closed area and locations without elevator).
- PO Box address is not accepted.
DELIVERY :
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of products of HK$250. For spending less than HKD$250, HKD$80 delivery fee will be charged.
- Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Hong Kong International Airport).
Except areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (Discovery Bay), Lamma Island." - Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
- We will arrange the shipment within 4-7 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- The company fails to accurately provide the required information for reasons of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond the company's control), Surburfarm Investment and Trading Company Limited and health.ESDlife will not assume any responsibility or compensation for goods or services.
- Suburfarm Investment & Trading Company Limited will try its best to ensure that the goods are delivered to the address before the delivery date according to the address provided by you. If the goods are not successfully delivered after 60 days due to your reasons, the company reserves the right to refuse and refund the application.
- To cancel the order, please contact our Customer Service at least by 24 hours before the delivery.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
WARRANTY TERMS:
- The quality assurance for products should have at least 12 months validity from the date of receipt by the customer.
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact health.ESDlife Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Any return caused by non-destruction will not be accepted.

> The products are supplied by Suburfarm Investment&Trading Company Limited.
> All photos are shown in promotional materials are for reference only, the real object should be considered as final.
> If in case of any dispute, Suburfarm Investment&Trading Company Limited. and health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
