Redemption:
If you cannot go in person, you can authorize a person to present your copy of identity card as proof, staff will return the related copy after confirmation.

- Redemption address: Room 1427, Middle Block, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui West, Kowloon
- Redemption enquiry hotline: 2721 0019
- Redemption time: 11 am – 7:30 pm (Mon – Sat)/ 12 noon – 6 pm (Sun)
- Closed on public holidays and on days with adverse weather warnings
General Terms:
- Items sold are non-refundable, and on a first-come-first-served basis.
- If in case of any dispute, health.ESDlife reserves the right of final decision.
Exchange Policy
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original products with package and contact health.ESDlife Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days of redemption.
