Report

Remarks:
- If the client has completed the report explanation service and requires further explanation, an additional fee will be charged for the explanation and report fee $500.
- All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $400 for additional copies. We make no warranties regarding completeness of report copies.
- All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
- If they choose mailing report, then they do so at their own risk.
- If individuals have special medical needs, the Hong Kong Medical Services Centre reserves the right to impose additional fees according to the circumstances.
- Pap smear is suitable for women with sexual experience
- In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Hong Kong Medical Services Centre should be final.
