- After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, JD Health Center will confirm the appointment time and location for your physical examination via email within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, you can contact the checkup center at least 1 business day in advance to make an appointment (phone/WeChat: +86 15710817995).
- Upon arrival at the site, the staff of the health check center will verify the customer's ID card/return permit, mobile phone number, and the email address confirming the successful order from health.ESDlife online shopping platform.
- If a doctor does not speak Cantonese during a physical examination, the examination center can arrange for medical staff to accompany the patient and provide translation services.
- The medical examination report will be completed within 3-5 business days after the examination. The report is in Simplified Chinese. Clients can view the report through the following methods: electronic report (provide it via your reserved email address or by following the JD Health Medical Examination mini-program); if a paper report is required, it can be obtained offline at the medical examination center or mailed to the address provided (postage to be paid upon delivery, delivery to Hong Kong and Macau is available).
- After completing the medical examination report, you can schedule an appointment for a doctor to explain the report over the phone or to come to the medical examination center for an in-person explanation.
