The centre collaborates with authoritative medical institutions such as the National Centre for Respiratory Medicine, Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health, Guangzhou First People’s Hospital, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Through these partnerships, Kindness Health Care Centre provides guests with a complete closed-loop service—ranging from health screening to chronic disease management.
The centre offers three major service categories: Medical-grade Health Check-up, General Practice Services, and Health Management. Leveraging integrated Chinese–Western general practice and specialised chronic disease management, the centre provides a full-cycle healthcare service—from health screening entry point to disease treatment, chronic disease follow-up, and sub-health management.
I. Health Check-up Appointment Guidelines
After the customer receives the order confirmation email sent by health.ESDlife, the medical centre will call the customer within 1–2 working days during office hours to schedule the appointment time and location. Customers may also contact the medical centre at least one working day in advance to make an appointment (Phone: +86 15901725773; WeChat: 15901725773).
Upon arrival, the medical centre staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife.

The validity period of the health check-up plan is 3 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 3 months from the payment confirmation date; otherwise, the plan will be void.
If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical centre can arrange medical staff to provide translation services.
If there is any inconsistency among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the check-up plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Report Collection and Explanation
Customers may confirm the preferred report language on the check-up day (Simplified Chinese is available).
Health check-up reports will be completed within 10 working days after the check-up. Customers may access their reports through the following methods:
