Delivery
- Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong area (no islands, Tung Chung, Lantau, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and restricted areas).
- Village houses need to be delivered at the village entrance
- The epidemic affects the hospital address not to be delivered
- Hospital address and post office box address are not accepted
- The product will be delivered within 2-4 working days after the payment is confirmed by the order. The transportation team of merchant will contact the customer to arrange the delivery time
- Delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, area or other factors, delivery time will be arranged separately.
- All orders will be subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of related goods. If you fail to provide any products or services on your order, Merchant will notify you by phone or email before delivery or pickup.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact health.ESDlife Customer Service Department within 3 days from the date of delivery.
In case of any disputes, health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
