Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions of The Promotional Plan:
After successful payment, the system will immediately send a confirmation email. Pawfect Memories will confirm the appointment within 2 working days.
Validity:
The package is valid for 3 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.
Photo shoot arrangements:
- Indoor photoshooting package includes rental fee of studio with in $1000, if the customer specifies the rental of studio over $1000 for 2 hours, the exceeding amount shall be beared by the customer.
- Owners can reschedule the photo shoot date and time up to one week before the scheduled shoot. If rescheduling within one week before the scheduled shoot, $300 administrative fee shall be charged.
- If the weather is bad on the day of the shoot, a free rescheduling can be arranged.
- 7 days after the shoot, Pawfect Memories will provide a website link for the customer to choose their photos. Customers must complete the selection within 14 days. Photo production takes 3-4 weeks and customers will be contacted for pick-up after completion.
Photo copyright and usage:
- All photos are for personal use only, and shall not be used on commercial purpose.
- Under Hong Kong copyright laws, all rights to the photos belong to PawfectMemorise, who reserves the right to use the photos for display, including but not limited to the internet, magazines, posters, exhibitions, competitions, books, and publications, after the deposit has been paid and the customer agrees to the terms.
