**I. Booking Instructions**
Upon receiving the confirmation email from health.ESDlife, SHENZHEN AURORA MEDICAL CENTER will contact you within 1 - 2 working days to arrange the medical check - up time and venue. You can also call +86 0755 25109659 to make a booking at least 1 day in advance.
After arriving at the clinic, our staff will verify your identity by checking your name, date of birth, mobile number, and the confirmation email from health.ESDlife.
If you need to reschedule, please call the clinic at least 1 day in advance.
The check - up package is valid for 3 months from the payment confirmation date. It will expire if not used within this period.
If the doctor cannot speak Cantonese during the check - up, SHENZHEN AURORA MEDICAL CENTER can provide medical staff for translation.
In case of discrepancies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant or check - up plan pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
**II. Report Collection and Explanation**
The check - up report will be in Simplified Chinese and completed within 1 - 7 days after the check - up. You can choose to:
Have it sent to your email.
Have it mailed to your address (payment upon delivery, including Hong Kong and Macau regions).
Collect it in person at the check - up center.
Search for the “SHENZHEN AURORA MEDICAL CENTER” WeChat public account, click Online Services - Personal Center (enter your registered name and mobile number) - Test Results to view it.
After receiving the report, you can book a doctor's consultation through:
