Shenzhen Meian Health Center, located in the Longgang Central District, covers nearly 2,000 square meters of operating space. Shenzhen Meian Health Center has introduced state-of-the-art medical equipment from both domestic and international sources, such as low-dose spiral CT, high-definition dynamic color ultrasound, and electronic capsule endoscopy, ensuring the accuracy of examination results.

I. Health Check-up Appointment Instructions

After the customer receives the order confirmation email sent by health.ESDlife, the medical center will contact the customer by phone within 1–2 business days during office hours to schedule the health check-up time and location. Customers may also contact the medical center at least one business day in advance to make an appointment (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307).

Upon arrival at the center, staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and the health.ESDlife order confirmation email.

If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, please contact the medical center at least one business day in advance (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307).

The health check-up plan is valid for 3 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 3 months from the payment confirmation date; otherwise, the order will be void.

During the check-up, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical center can arrange medical staff to provide translation services.

In case of any discrepancies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page or health check-up plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Health Check-up Report Collection and Explanation

• The health check-up report will be in Simplified Chinese.
• Reports will be completed within 10 business days after the check-up. Customers can choose one of the following methods to receive the report:

1. Provide an email address – the medical center will send the report to the customer’s email once completed.
2. Provide a mailing address – the medical center will mail the report upon completion, with postage paid on delivery (available for Hong Kong and Macau).

After the report is completed, customers can schedule a doctor’s explanation via:

1. Phone consultation: Appointment required at least one business day in advance (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307). The doctor will contact the customer at the scheduled time.

2. In-person consultation: Appointment required at least one business day in advance (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307). Customers should visit the medical center at the agreed time for the explanation. Available location:
