• After receiving the email confirming successful payment from Health.ESDlife, SHENZHEN QIE CLINIC will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Meinian Health via WhatsApp at least one day in advance (WhatsApp: +86 133 3293 5394).
• Upon arrival, the staff of SHENZHEN QIE CLINIC will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from Health.ESDlife.
• If you need to reschedule an order, please contact SHENZHEN QIE CLINIC via Whatsapp +86 13332935394 at least one day in advance.
• The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
• During the health check, if you encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, SHENZHEN QIE CLINIC can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

• The language of the checkup report is Simplified Chinese.
• The health check report will be completed within 7-14 days after the checkup. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:
  • After the health check-up report is issued, Shenzhen QIE CLINIC will send a reminder message to the mobile phone number reserved by the customer. Customer can download the report through WeChat mini-program “中間帶醫療”.
  • Reserve an E-mail address, and the report will be sent to the mailbox for viewing.
• After the health check-up report is issued, customers can make an appointment for a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
  
  • Telephone explanation: An appointment for a specific time must be made at least 1 day in advance (WhatsApp: +86 13631590364). The doctor will contact the customer proactively at the appointed time.
  • Face-to-face explanation: An appointment for a specific time must be made at least 1 day in advance (WhatsApp: +86 13631590364). Customer should go to the center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's explanation in person.

In case of controversy, health.ESDlife and SHENZHEN QIE CLINIC reserve the right of final decision.
