TreeENT Health (Shenzhen Futian Branch) is a designated medical insurance institution in Shenzhen and has established a medical alliance with the General Surgery Department of Shenzhen People’s Hospital and the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
Located in the Central Business Building on Shennan Avenue in Futian District, adjacent to the CBD financial area and high-end commercial zones such as The MixC, the facility spans nearly 2,000 square meters, providing high-quality and diversified ENT specialty services for clients across the Greater Bay Area.

I. Appointment Guidelines

1. After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, TreeENT Health will contact the customer via phone or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days during office hours to confirm the appointment time and location. Customers may also proactively contact TreeENT Health at least 1 business day in advance to schedule an appointment (Phone: 400-685-8537; WhatsApp: 5318 5450).
2. On the day of the appointment, customers must present their original identification document and either a printed order confirmation or the successful payment email for identity verification. TreeENT Health staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, and mobile number.
3. For rescheduling, please contact TreeENT Health at least 3 business days in advance.
4. The validity period of this package is 1 month (starting from the payment confirmation date). Customers must complete the examination within the validity period; otherwise, the package will expire.
5. If Cantonese consultation service is required, please inform the customer service center at least 2 business days in advance so that an interpreter can be arranged (this service is free of charge).

II. Medical Report Collection & Explanation Service

1. Report Explanation Service:
   After completing the ENT assessment, a specialist will provide a one-on-one professional consultation, thoroughly analyzing the results and creating a personalized health management plan and follow-up treatment recommendations.
2. On-site Report Collection:
   • Immediate Reports: After the assessment, most reports (except laboratory tests) and preliminary interpretations will be available on-site.
   • Laboratory Reports: Typically require 5–7 business days for analysis. Reports can be accessed via the official TreeENT Health mini-program or sent to your designated email address.
   • For printed reports, you may collect them in person or choose courier delivery (shipping costs borne by the recipient).

III. Other Terms

1. This package is only applicable to first-time customers visiting TreeENT Health. Items included in the package are for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed separately.
2. The package does not include follow-up treatment fees, medication costs, or additional examination fees.
3. The package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
4. In case of special medical circumstances (e.g., additional specialist examinations or procedures), TreeENT Health reserves the right to charge extra fees.
5. TreeENT Health reserves the right of final interpretation and to amend the terms. The latest terms will be published on the official website.
