The company is involved in domestic sales against stiff competition. This therefore calls for careful planning of imports, sales forecasts, marketing strategies, finance budgeting and cash flow at the beginning of and during the year.

DELIVERY AREA:
- Delivery locations are limited to the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" (excluding outlying islands, border exclusion zones, and receiving locations without lift or lorry cannot be accessed).
- For Hong Kong Island, delivery service is not avaliable on Wednesday.
- PO Box address is not accepted.
- Regardless of the amount, all orders destined for special / remote areas (not accessible by lorry) are subject to a surcharge and are collected by the delivery person.

DELIVERY TIME:
- Ordered goods will be delivered in 4-10 working days (Mon to Fri, except for Public Holidays)after order confirmation. Delivery time is 9am - 6pm.
- Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, regional or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.
- If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one has signed for it or the product has not been delivered to the delivery location due to customer problems or the customer has requested to cancel the order or the customer refuses to receive the product or needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer still has to bear the cost of the delivery.
- To arrange the delivery service again, the customer must pay the actual freight and special area surcharges
- If Westwing Appliances Ltd. can’t reach our customers for rescheduling the delivery date and time in 5 working days, the order will be canceled and a refund of the balance will be arranged after deducting shipping fee and special area surcharge.
- In case your ordered items are not available, or your order is rejected, Westwing Appliances Ltd. will inform you by phone, message or email for further arrangement.
Return Arrangements
- Except for replacement protection, all goods sold are non-refundable. The product has price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the moment of order issuance. If there are price adjustments or promotions, the difference cannot be reimbursed.
- If the customer finds that the quality of the product does not work under normal use conditions and does not meet safety standards,customer can call the general agent to replace the product within seven days after receiving the product.
- Replacement of the goods must be made within seven days of receipt of the goods. Products that have been used or are damaged due to your personal reasons cannot be returned.
- Please keep and return all packaging, including all boxes, original product boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer guarantees, manuals, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned intact.
- Only the products of the same model can be replaced. One order can only be returned once.
WARRANTY TERMS:
- All goods are imported officially and maintenance service is provided by Westwing Appliances Ltd.
- Keep the product warranty card (if any) and the invoice.
- Product warranty applies only to Hong Kong only.
- Westwing Appliances Ltd. is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by product damage.
