Zhongshan ImagingRace Diagnostic Centre is the first independent third-party medical imaging center in Zhongshan. It is jointly established by Shanghai United Imaging Intelligence Healthcare Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Town Health International Medical Group Ltd. through a strategic partnership. The center covers a construction area of 2,500 square meters.It is equipped with a full range of high-end imaging equipment from United Imaging, including digital optical PET/CT, uExplorer 3.0T MRI, and uCT 128-slice cardiac synchronized CT. By integrating advanced imaging diagnostic equipment with clinical needs, and adhering to the philosophy that prevention is better than treatment, the center provides early screening and precise diagnosis for a full spectrum of diseases.
I. Notes for Health Check Appointment
- After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, The Medical Center will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting The Medical Center at least 3 working day in advance (WeChat / WhatsApp: +852 92974697).
- Upon arrival, the staff of The Medical Center will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
- If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact The Medical Center at least 3 working day in advance (WeChat / WhatsApp: +852 92974697).
- The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
- During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, The Medical Center can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report
- The health report will be completed within 10 working days after the health check. Customers can choose the following methods to view the report:
1. After the report is completed, The Medical Center will send a reminder message to the customer's reserved mobile phone number. The customer can click the link to view the report.
2. Mail: Provide a mailing address, and The Medical Center will mail the report with postage collect (available for delivery to Hong Kong and Macau). - After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
1. Telephone explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 3 working day in advance (WeChat / WhatsApp: +852 92974697). The doctor will contact the customer proactively at the scheduled time.
2. Face-to-face explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (WeChat / WhatsApp: +852 92974697). The customer should go to The Medical Center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation. The address of The Medical Centre for face-to-face consultation:

In case of controversy, health.ESDlife and The Medical Center reserve the right of final decision.
